Is actively trying to eliminate teachers unions and workers unions, while also dismanteling the Department of Education.
The new education system would reduce public schools funding almost completely, while providing families with a voucher to send their child to private school. Only the voucher does not cover the whole tuition, the rest would be on the parents to pay for. For a place like Holland Hall, grades 1-12, this would leave the parents with a bill of 10-15k per year for each child, as the voucher pays for only about 10k of tuition.
Public schools like BA, Bixby, Union, Jenks, Owasso, etc would have virtually no funding which is what they use to pay staff and purchase books, computers. Etc.
Another thing to add, is private schools largely don't provide transportation to and from the school. That's up to the parents to figure out.

Im not belly aching about anyone. I'm trying to keep people in the know. I'm not republican or Democrat. I dont care who is in office so long as they do a good job. Food prices are soon to skyrocket and so will vehicles. The tariffs he's implementing, we will indeed pay for. If you think that is incorrect then you don't know how economics works. Its like saying youre putting a new roof on your house and your neighbor across the street will pay for it.
I emplore you to read unbiased news sources. Not left or right leaning.
If you believe Trump is doing a good job then that is your opinion. I would like to hear why you think he is doing a good job.
By the way, I didn't like Biden either. I didn't think he was doing a good job.
An uninformed population is weak. That makes government strong.

I do respect your opinion, please don't take from this that I don't. But for that very reason, I posted where I did. It's not in the main forum and it's easy to bypass. If someone doesn't want to read it, they don't have to. I'm not here to be a pest, but I do think it's important that people know what's going on. I'm also not here to post the little stuff. If its major, I consider posting it. As you have found, sometimes I do.

My goal here is to get people to do their own research. I'm not lying to anyone on here or making up something just to get a reaction.

Something to consider: What could I possibly gain from lying or complaining on this platform about Trump or what he's doing? Nothing. In fact, I stand to get insulted and make people angry at me as Oklahoma is a very red state. I dont care what anyone's views are. Red, blue, or middle. I care that people know the truth. It's extremely damaging if people believe what Trump says because he said it. That goes for every single president in history and the future regardless of party. (To be clear, im not say you yourself do this, this is for everyone) You wouldn't take what Biden said as truth, nor believe in him. So why take what Trump says as truth?

What does Teump gain by lying to the masses and trying to get them to believe his lies?: Everything. The presidency, the power he is currently siezing from several federal agencies, millions, if not billions of dollars as he reduces taxes from the richest population(including himself), only to increase our taxes.

I have no reason to lie to you, or sway you away from being a republican. I dont care if you are republican, Democrat, or whatever. I just want people to do research and good research. If you do research and only read right wing articles, you're getting only half, or less than half of the story. Same thing if you only read left articles. A neutral source is best.
It's like when you have kids and they fight, but you only listen to one kids story and not try to obtain the whole truth before handing down discipline. A neutral news source is like listening to a bystander that watched the whole thing and doesn't care who is disciplined.
