We gotta move on here. We fought a good fight. I know the popular sentiments are:
- that we're not giving up on recruiting him, and
- that his decision was largely based on him legally taking NIL as soon as September is probable with Mizzou.
Does anyone in the world think that the people making his NIL deal aren't smart enough to include a reimbursement requirement and or damages clause in the event he actually flips in December and never stepped foot on campus?
Time to move on if the September payday is a thing. Life goes on and hopefully this will allow us to pursue the remaining targets a little more aggressively with NIL.
