Assuming you're talking Juco WR Ryan Parker, yep, I heard about it on the CC.
Just waiting until his name was on the Rivals commitment list.
It's just my process.
Like Plaino said, if it's 'out there', it's fair game for here too. We love a good 'scoop' here.

I got an email from another site announcing the juco WR commitment.

But there was noise about another commitment by a high school OTackle, which the player denied. Maybe he did; maybe he didn't. But the premium side here likes to have a reliable confirmation before calling a guy committed. When the player denies committing, then he either didn't want it public yet, or maybe hadn't pulled the string yet.

The juco WR was from Tyler Junior College in east Texas.

The general etiquette here is that if you know factual information regarding something like a commitment and it hasn't been posted, post it.
