I’ve seen everyone’s opinion on what is best for the program, but I don’t think I have heard from the defensive players. Would they have been excited to get another DC and need to learn his nomenclature and gain from his added experience, or were they satisfied that they had the best DC and were comfortable with his style, nomenclature, etc. I seriously would like an answer because in the end, it is their belief and buy-in that is important!
