Who is your scout team QB and RB?
"Spencer Jones has been the quarterback. Running back's been a little bit of everybody. Coby Tillman's done some of the fullback stuff and then we've used a lot of our different receivers, a couple of our other walk-on backs as the different skill guys."
Hear anything from Big 12 about hit on Lamb?
"Yeah, that was ... they were pretty clear cut on that one. I mean, they agreed. Just one of those that they missed."
Send in plays all the time?
"Yeah, oh yeah. We send in, oh, in the low game, we might send in three or four in a high game maybe seven or eight. It's not always us saying they made the wrong call. Sometimes it's looking for an interpretation so we can educate ourselves. Sometimes it's a call that's made that we agree with, but we just want to make sure we're seeing things like they see them. Yeah, there's always a couple here and there that you have questions about."
Cut block rules a big gulf between you guys and non-power 5 coaches?
"Maybe a little bit. I think it's pretty clear cut. The guys on the interior line can still cut quite a bit. Outside of that, you can't cut people down the field and you can't cut people unless they're squared up. I think it's clear cut. The one thing we've still gotta figure out is, any defensive player at any time can cut any offensive player at any part on the field, so there's zero equity in that rule when we're talking about safety. So I think that's gonna be the next step. There's gonna have to be some equity on that because they're the same thing and if we're gonna outlaw one, why wouldn't we outlaw the other for player safety?"
