* Bob Stoops announced WR Jordan Smallwood has been cleared by doctors to resume playing. Not sure if he'll see any time this weekend.
Ed. note: Can say he returned to practice in full last week but was still wearing shorts. I'd expect his first real impact comes next weekend, but obviously good to have another body at WR.
* Stoops also said Big 12 officials did admit West Virginia should have been flagged for targeting against Dede Westbrook last weekend.
