Will Stein is making 1.4 million as the OC at Oregon. OU can easily throw 3 million at Stein. If that happens, I can tell you what the staff should look like. And it would be one of the best all-time recruiting staffs on both sides of the ball.

Ra'Shaad makes 500K right now. He is one of the best recruiters in the South right now. We could easily pay his salary plus and I would not mind giving him a Co-OC title. Plus he and Emmett Jones have a connection and history already. They would own the DFW recruiting and beyond in Texas. I am willing to let DeMarco walk for Samples. Thoughts?
