Broken record: soft on defense. Get pushed back. Pushed around. Knocked over. Drug forward.
Lincoln not calling a good game right now either. Offense starting to roll and that trick play killed the drive.
No running game ,, to many dropped passes. Defense giving up gaping holes for run. Not a good sign

Rudolph looks below average. Their running backs are what's killing us.
We look so slow developing our running plays, Mixon and Perine look like they are running in quick sand.
About what I expected, going to be a fight to the finish. Hopefully we pull away in the 2nd half but nothing I have seen so far from OU gives any hope of that. BOOMER
this is the worst ou has looked all season. Not sure why has such a problem playing a game after a bye week. With Westbrook out the offense needs someone to step up. The defense just plans sucks, Jordan Thomas is terrible and Jordan Evans isnt a linebacker, he wants no part of contact today.
Westbrook needs to return in the second half.

At my house, we used to say that Bob had a 'Butt Sandwich' at half-time. OU often came back out playing better, the second half. That was Then...This is NOW! OUr D embarrasses me!
The momentum swing just needs to be sustain the rest of the game. The guys look fired up
Congrats OU. Perine is just a stud. Hope your players get healthy for your bowl game. This was a hard hitting game.

Finally both sides of the ball played well. Offense could have scored 45 and the defense stopped a good offense for the most part....only giving up 20 pts. I'll take that every time and sit back to watch the national championships come to Norman.
I'll take a 21-3 second half any day against a decent team like OSU.

CT...I RARELY differ from You, in OUr opinions, but Today, I have to say, 'In all of my years of watching football, I have NEVER seen a Classier Move than Samaje Perine TAKING A KNEE...I thought it spoke Much Louder than running in the ball for another TD...
Kudos to Mike Stoops and the defense for the performance today... good job! OU didn't give up 854 yards and 59 points today...

Oh ye of little fandom; there was no doubt that we would win today. It was simply a matter of by how much.

I think it's also possible that OU did not want its defense or kick return team on the field again, even with seconds remaining. It was a very physical game with numerous injuries....maybe the coaches on the OU sideline decided enough was enough.
Whatever the reason or reasons for Perine taking a knee, I think it reflects well on Stoops, his staff and his team. Such a display beats the hell out of the frequent pre and post game taunts and threats and the on-field hostilities akin to prison yard warfare, which so many fans take delight in.
I want to see games decided by skill, coaching, planning and execution....not by rotten, stupid, narcissistic conduct.
