Wanted to get some thoughts on how we feel about the RB room post-Sawchuk.
Personally, I thought Sawchuk was going to surprise the fanbase and be the best RB on the roster next year, so I was definitely sad to see him go. I know we all feel good about X, but the rest of the room is merely filled with potential. We have put our hopes in the S&C team to get Ott back up to his pre-injury levels, Barnes has constantly dealt with injury, Tatum flashes greatness, and Blaylock is a freshman.
Not trying to be too pessimistic, because I am actually super high on the offense and team as a whole next year, but are there any reasons to have confidence that our staff can get Barnes and Ott to play up to their potential next year?
