downfall. I honestly believe No one fears for there job.. We seen this with the coaches, he was extremely loyal even when he knew they needed to go.. But I'm not talking the coaches I'm talking with his players.
You tell me if you're and underclassmen and you're watching film of guys like Darlington, St. John, Byrd, Thomas have bust after bust and nothing happens to them. To me this sets a tone for some to not work as hard because they know no matter what, the players have been chosen.. The players who have their positions locked up don't push as hard because they know they won't be benched.. I'm not saying have a quick hook on a guy, but when game after game he's not getting it done m try someone else.
