I am really shocked! What happened to change his mindset. Stoops use to never, ever, ever, let the second teamers play even when up by a gazillion! What has caused the change? I have no doubt that this is paying huge dividends in the mindset of the players, especially at practice. Knowing that you will likely get to play is a big motivator for playing hard. Thoughts?
