I is becoming obvious that @Carey Murdock is being charged based on the amount of traffic that hits the servers. Strategically downing the site on the busiest day is actually saving him money, while he is still taking yours. It is BS, but a very likely explanation for the outage two years in a row. He can't possibly be stupid enough to not fix it after last year, can he?
