Seems the following is not being taken into consideration:
Since Langston University is the westernmost historically black college in the U.S. which just so happens to be located in......OK, could this be affecting AA enrollment @ OU? Especially when competing for in state AA's? Isn't it possible if Langston were located elsewhere, say TX, for example, OU's AA population would be greater and UT's even less?
Anyone know the black/white enrollment ratio for Langston U??? ; )
