Awesome stats, for sure. My question, and not meant to disparage their accomplishments...what is their RPI? The knock on OU is that we’re in a weak conference, and that although we schedule tough OOC games, we still play an easier conference schedule than the PAC-12 or the SEC. How do we stack up as far as our strength of schedule?

I think it will. But you never know with the selection committee. With the recent history of OU I think they would have a lot of explaing to do if it doesnt and hat includes getting a super regional.

The selection committee lays out the brackets Sunday I believe either at 4 or 5 on ESPN if I remember right.

I was stationed with a Nebraska OL at Clinton-Sherman AFB. He told me they always tried to just keep the score down when playing OU back in the 50's. There was never any hope of winning.

He got orders for Vietnam. Shortly after, we got word a sniper got him while he was loading his JP-4 jet fuel truck. They said he sounded like a busting water melon when he hit the asphalt. He died on a hospital ship on the way back to the world. One brave Husker I have utmost respect for.

I just found this on the NCAA stats, the following.1st era. 1.09, 1st, fp. .991, 1st rpg.6.96,
1st slg pct, .546 and tied with UCLA best won loss record 44-3. They dominate the team
stat board like no team has ever. Oh they're tied for 2nd in HRs per game 1.38. Wow this
team has it all.

I would argue however that UCLA has done it against a much better competition, within their conference schedule.

Go look at OU's overall schedule both conf. and non- conf. They ain't playing no
sisters of the poor. We'll see how they match up in OKC.

OU just won Big12 tournament 6 to 4 it's on to NCAA tournament. OU should be obvious
top seed in this area regional.

Its full of bias and the SEC continues to get special treatment by these committees. Arkansas played absolutely no one in OOC and get a 13th seed.

None of this crap is changing soon with these commitees. Chairman “ absolutely all 13 teams earned their way in “. What a crock.
