First, I've never been a Skip Fan, but I did listen to a STRONG TV Segment, just a little while ago...

He put his Melodramatic Take on 'The Game' and he made some really good points.

I was unable to Copy and Paste the link to the show, Undisputed. If anyone can find a way to post it, I believe it's worth a read...

He said he got 'Stooped' last night...Not by Bob, which had happened several times, but by Mike...And on, and on...

This is what any respected and knowledgeable Sooner fan already knows. The offensive play calling in the second half, especially late, sucked. The defense sucked most of the night but did come up with some important stops when it mattered. Seibert sucked most of the game. I always said Riley will never fire Stoops but now I'm not so sure. I don't see any way he can keep his job

Every talking head says Stoops needs to go. OU fans have been saying that for years. When will OU realize what everyone else realizes?

OU's epic fail boils down to the botched KO to end the 1st half, poor playcalling by LR in the 2nd half, especially late and OT. The defense made A LOT of key stops the entire game, I counted them, but what killed them was giving up 1 play TDs on at least 3 or 4 occasions, how is that even possible when they were all running plays and for the most part the RB was untouched? Unthinkable.

Was this poor playcalling by Stoops or just young, inexperienced players getting out of position? I don't know, but Stoops has had A LOT of really bad defensive games.

Knowing that your players can't tackle for s*** and then running a 3-man front which leaves gaps so that your players HAVE to tackle well is retarded (sorry for being un-PC, but this loss has made me retarded as well).

Most everything said in that video by all the guys is pretty much spot on.

Beat me to it.....and Skip described exactly how I felt during the 2nd half. I just knew OU would play for and win the National Championship. Riley’s play calling and Mike’s defense doomed the Sooners. Riley is 34 and will learn from the loss, unless he gets “Stooped” and refuses to like Mike has done over the past decade.

I also just had that feeling that it was our time and we would win it this year. I feel like we just didn't take advantage of a great opportunity. Who knows when we will be back there again.....might be a while
