SCOOPHD: Bob Stoops post practice (Fri., 4/10)

Here's the SCOOPHD highlights from Bob Stoops short interview session with the media following the Sooners 'open' practice on Friday evening.


* Same scoring system will be used as last year ... Points will be determined by the color of the numeral of the QB


- If the QB is wearing a jersey with a RED number, offensive points go to the RED team and a defensive score would be credited to the WHITE TEAM


- If the QB is wearing a jersey with a WHITE number, offensive points go to the WHITE team and a defensive score would be credited to the RED team


* Stoops explains that Samaje Perine, Sterling Shepard will participate in Saturday's scrimmage but both will be wearing BLUE jerseys ... Stoops said he's not interested in seeing Perine take shots below the knees. Also reminds us he did the same with Adrian Peterson.

* Charles Walker will miss the spring game after coming down with strep throat.
