Half of the conference has to play the top two teams in the B12 in back to back games, or with only one week between.
(Now I don't think we will consider TCU one of the top two teams by seasons' end, but that is another debate. They certainly were based on preseason expectations.)

That's half the conference, or 62% of the 8 teams under consideration...just struck me as odd that is how the scheduling lined up this year.
