A High School Football Field Somewhere

KOS: Gabe Brkic - 85 - A few short kicks seemed odd choices but they seemed to be calls, not miskicks.
KR: Tre Brown - N/A -

Special Teams Average: 79.5 (318)

WR: Nick Basquine - 87 - Thought he had a really good day, a lot of big plays.
DT: Marquise Overton - 93 - Amazingly had the best game of his Sooner career.
RUSH: David Ugwoegbu - 45 - Struggled to set the edge all day.
LB: Brian Asamoah - 60 - Thought he was ok but just never quite got home.
CB: Jaden Davis - 45 - Mama said there'd be days like this. If he got out of position, he got beat.

Reserves Average: 66 (330)

Team Average: 66.6 (2064)

My Team Grade: 55

Breakdown: I thought the defense was just putrid and it wasn't scheme or anything really changing. I thought Oklahoma's effort was terrible, there wasn't that fight on the corner, it was just guys kind of looking around and waiting for the guy next them to make the play.

Offensively the offensive line failed the Sooners today. They just didn't do enough to take some of the pressure off the passing game.

It's a shame to waste such a day from Ceedee Lamb but this was a team that looked like a lesser version of the bunch last year - not as dynamic offensively and similarly sieve-like defensively.

Scoring Standard:

100-82: Playoff Contender
82-74: Big 12 Title Contender
74-65: Bowl Game Participant
65-0: 'I'll be hoooome for Christmas
