Do these refs review their games in earnest because if so how do they continue to make these ridiculous calls. I mean if you want to be a solid official reviewing every call you make would seem to be extremely important. That PI on Motley was horrible. I would hang my head in embarrassment if I reviewed my officiating after a game and saw myself screw up a call like that.
