As some of you know my brother and I have been breaking down games and posting on youtube. The first we made was just something fun to do but thanks mainly to Oklahoma fans it got over 10,000 views. So far we have been breaking down the games with a camera pointing at the TV and talking. My question is how can we download and breakdown the game without pointing a camera at the TV. How do we download the game? Thanks

Assuming you still have the games on your DVR, you just need to get yourself a video capture card and put it in your PC. Hook your DVR to the capture card and take it from there. The capture cards will come with capture software. They make external capture devices too if you're not comfortable cracking open your pc and putting a new card inside.

If you're OK with the quality on YouTube, you can just get software that records your screen. You just go on YouTube, play the game you want, and screen capture it. Just Google search for "screen capture" and there are literally hundreds of software solutions for that.

And the 3rd option is to Google search for "YouTube Downloader." There are a number of options for that as well. This will allow you to download content from YouTube.
