FWIW- I have a couple of sources that have access. I'm not gonna say these are 100% gospel (I never ask Sterling questions about the team other how he and the WRs are doing) but I will put my trust in them and is in no way to challenge that of what has been reported here on the Scoop.
I was told that up until yesterday's scrimmage, if they had to put money on it that the starter would be TK. Have told that he has just been slightly better commanding the huddle and moving the chains. But yesterday's scrimmage he set him self back some. Was told BM was the better QB yesterday. Also was told CT is out of the running. IMO if it is close the job will be TK's. I'm told that LR has done wonders for him. Not Cumbie/Boykin wonders but a huge difference.
On a side note- I wouldn't freak out about the defense dominating the scrimmages. Was told that the offense have been running the same plays all camp and the defense can jump routes because they know them. Just can't have the penalties.
