The staff predictions would indicate this will not be competitive but I do not think OU from start to finish dominates this game.
OU's overall talent level is good not great but is being elevated by a QB playing lights out. I just cant see the type of blowout we have seen in 2000,2003,2011,2012. Heard will give OU fits for a while and will keep it close but in the end fall a little short which they have done against (CAL,OSU) OU 37 TX 24
