Found this article from USA Today showing recruiting expenses for 2017-2022. OU ranked fifth for 2022, more than doubling their recruiting expenses since 2019. Doesn't have TCU or Baylor's numbers since they're private schools, but found it surprising that WVU had the third highest spend of Big 12 schools and OSU was dead last amongst P5 schools.
