University of Oklahoma President Joseph Harroz announced mandatory masking for students this fall and masks are going to be a “key part” of OU football home games in virtual town hall discussion with the Tulsa World on Tuesday.

And if I may add an editorial comment: Really impressed with Joseph Harroz so far.
