Looks like the Texans are going to play hardball. I can imagine more than a few owners have called the Texans with hopes they would not trade Watson. It’s bad for business for every team if a player can start forcing trades while under a long term contract. Watson could be under contract for the next 7 years if the Texans wanted him that long....
