So I’ve been wearing the same sub-$100 replica vintage Timex for a decade now. Recently I’ve been looking at some diving watches. I’ve got three on my radar right now, that fall into three different price ranges: the Oris Divers Sixty-Five, Omega Seamaster Professional and Rolex Submariner.
If it were up to me I’d just buy the Oris from Jomashop for about 1300 bucks and kick the can down the road, but the wife is pushing me to take a look at the Rolex. I’m not a “showy” person at all but I did wear a Timex for ten years. Maybe I’m due to treat myself a little.
Anyway, thoughts on these watches? Others you would suggest? I like a classic look, as you could probably guess from the pieces I mentioned. TIA!
