OT: Pop Warner Coaches?

I'm upgrading to 11 v 11 from flag. Coaching a Junior Pee Wee squad with about 50% kids who have never played tackle.

The practice schedule is a grind but fun as hell, too.

If any of you who have done this have any suggestions/advice . . . (or a playbook), I'm all ears.

Base formation on O is an Open Wing.

Base formation on D is 5-3.
