OT: Places to eat in Denver

Going to Denver this week for my buddy's bachelor party and looking for some places to eat.

Pretty much have our itinerary set for NYE but the rest of the week is wide open.

Looking for:

1) good place to have brunch (Denver Biscuit Company sounds promising)
2) some good Colorado lamb, prime preferred
3) perhaps a nicer place where I can have some foie gras
4) any other places that shouldn't be missed, fast food joints, dives, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
