I guess it got by me but, Kansas has become the sixth state to implement an even more relaxed view of concealed carry.
As of this passed summer, it no longer requires training and or permits to carry concealed or open.
Much like the original Vermont 'no law'.
They did stress that training is strongly suggested, but is no longer a requirement.
The obvious exceptions are felons and the mentally deranged.
Stands to reason...as long as these nut jobs keep doing these mass shootings, more states will surely follow suit.
Come on Oklahoma, get with the program!
