Hey everybody,
As most of you know I've been out of pocket regarding Softball for a couple reasons. My wife and I have been battling the Covid situation, while I recovered within a couple weeks, my wife got the worst of it, She developed Double Pnemonia and it has been a struggle but she is on the upswing as far as her health goes.
The other is we signed a contract to have a house built in January of 2021 which was supposed to be completed in June of 2021. Due to Covid and the supply issues this timeframe got pushed to the end of last month. We were to sign our closure agreement this Wednesday but we were notified buy our bank that the builder due to a business on their part was cancelling our contract and refunding our money that we had already paid into it. Keep in mind that the value of this home had gone up 32% during this entire process.
I'm curious as to weather this is normal. The person I'm dealing with at my bank says she has never seen anything like it. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Oger
