Interesting decision by the judge...the kids won't have a public criminal record. I don't recall roughhousing as a kid and ramming a pool cue up someone's hershey highway. Never knew Art Briles was a judge...

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- A judge has ruled that all four former Bixby football players accused of raping a teammate will be classified as juveniles, meaning the court proceedings will be sealed.
Colten Cable, William Thomas, Samuel Lakin and Joe Wood are charged with second-degree rape. Court documents allege they used a pool cue to sexually assault a teammate at the home of former Bixby superintendent Kyle Wood in September 2017. The former superintendent is the father of one of the suspects.
Attorneys for the teens say it wasn't sexual assault, instead calling it roughhousing.
Last week, the defense asked the judge to move the case to juvenile court, citing psychological evaluations by the Office of Juvenile Affairs. The state asked the judge to consider the nature of the crime before making a decision.
Regardless of the verdict, the teens will have no public criminal record as a result of the judge's decision.
