I didn't expect him to leave but glad to hear he's returning. A smart move as I wouldn't see him going before the 3rd round or later. This is a very heavy defensive class.

He could become a premier pass rusher next season.

Pretty much a no brainer, I think I only saw one Mock Draft that he was even considered and the rest had him undrafted

Technically Orlando would just be a RS JR next season. With such a weak class at OT he likely would have gone higher than he should, but a wise decision to return and perfect his skill set could see him project as a top 10 pick overall in 2018.
