I've read this story near Christmas time for several years...It always brings back childhood memories of my dad & mom...and the life lessons they taught our family.
My parents came out of the dust bowl times....we were poor...but In looking back...we had and were taught things that money couldn't buy.
I'll always be forever grateful to my parents....and the only way I can repay them Is to pass along those things that are really Important In life to my kids...and In turn my kids to their kids.
