Coaches at elite schools that burn white hot can only last at that level for short periods of time. The problem is that the coaches and the school cannot admit when their time has passed.
I have enjoyed the great times Bob gave OU but his elite ship has sailed. A couple of years ago they entered the long slide to the painful end. It will take several more years for the powers to realize it.
