All we heard all season was that OU was gonna pony up and pay big time money for WR and TE because it would be cheaper than BV’s buyout. Clearly not the case as we have missed on every big time receiver out there and have been told those players are out of OU’s price range. Kinda dumb considering what’s at stake. Meanwhile LSU and Ole Miss apparently have unlimited money bc they are taking all the top tier talent across the board regardless of position. What’s it gonna take for OU to realize taking a mid FCS player isn’t gonna fly in the sec?
