There's no loyalty in college football anymore, so the concern over negative recruiting over this practice doesnt hold as much water. If you are a top 3-4 program, kids will want to come play for you no matter what.
Since it is clear that ou is averse to paying recruits to come here, we need to run this program like the semi-professional team that it is, for all intents and purposes.
