I posted this in a thread that was a MS bash (in reply, not original pos) but wonder what the board thinks. When Mike was part of great defenses, Brent V was here to push him - BV was aggresive on D. Maybe Mike is only 1/2 of any good D. It is possible Bob D can be that other 1/2 for us - I just said “POSSIBLE”.
When I had teams working fir me I found that mixing strategic and more assertive leaders worked when they both pushed for teir ideas - I saw BV and MS yell at each other on the sidelines - when we pkayed good D
