I know the coaches are involved in the day to day, but if you have an entire department focused on roster retention, as well as Sandlin and his personnel department to help with recruiting, I bet it makes the on field coaches’ jobs much easier to help manage the roster. It must be hell on coaches at schools like K State, or Purdue.
