The roof is gone. There wasn't much fire damage inside the restaurant, mainly just water damage. Othellos originally had a flat roof. A pitched roof was later installed over the flat roof and that is what burned.

I hope it can be repaired; Schoonerman & I tore that place up a time or two ourselves if memory serves

remember that being a great place for eats.......Patsy was always a welcoming host and he had his cooks trained right...used to have the best pizza in town. used to be called Othello's Sandwich Shop. i will never forget going there the night of an Emerson, Lake and Palmer concert to eat and my head melting from the spotlights that they had above the booths....good times.....
