The biggest difference in Baylor last night, with the new QB, was in the quarterback run game. Plaino hit on it a few days ago, thinking the Briles might pull back on that dimension of their offense given the loss of Russell. For one game, at least, that was true. Regardless of who they were playing prior to last night, their QB run game was a huge, and effective component of their offense. It will certainly make them easier to defend if they continue to take the QB run game out of the playbook.

Mike I don't think you are crazy about thinking OU will win. Before the season I picked the Baylor game as one of OU's losses (predicted 10-2 overall), but now with Baylor losing their starting QB, I think it's obvious OU has a much better chance now of winning that game. But I certainly don't think it's going to be easy. It's a game OU better take very serious, and not take that new QB lightly, or they could be in for a very rude awakening.
