So I’m a C17 Loadmaster out of the 535th AS, and wanted to share with everyone something pretty cool.
My squadron was tasked with a mission this week (first authorized American military aircraft into North Korea) to recover the remains of 55 Korean War heroes.
The mission was a complete success and they landed safely back in Osan today. They will be transported here to Hickam soon, and given a proper ceremony.
