Our recent run of recruiting success at almost every single position has me thinking how pissed I am that Kish is still on the staff. Nobody on the staff coaches less players than he does (ILB) yet his is the one that puts out the least offers and develops the least amount of relationships. Seriously dude, what are ****ing doing?
I can understand the transition to Lincoln allowing for one more year of Mike. I get it. But how in the shit did Kish get another year? The guy isnt a terrible developer of talent at ILB considering the job he did coaching Alexander and Evans up, as well as Murray last year, but WHY ARE WE CONSTANTLY IN THIS SPOT? He doesn't fit Lincoln's staff in terms of personality or work ethic and that pisses me off to no end.
I know none of this is new, but the increased success in recruiting has me fired up on why we are still dealing with the same old shot from one guy.
