If Kelly signs with OU I think much of the uneasiness on this board will fade.

He has the most potential of any OU defensive recruit since Gerald McCoy. The guy can flat out play football and with good coaching could easily play on Sunday's.

He could probably start for OU this fall. Let's hope he signs with the Sooners. :)
