It seems like there is an increasing amount of quality players that come out of those two states in the last 5 years. OU used to have connections at Gorman but we haven't pulled a kid from either state in a while. Have the PAC 12 teams effectively fenced off these two states or have we just not tried to recruit these states very aggressively and if not, why? Thanks!
