Our halftime adjustments on defense are horrible. ISU halftime adjustments, took our WR out of the game.

An average ISU Oline pushed around our front. We had very little pressure against a 3rd string QB. Someone any DEFENSIVE mind would want to rattle. Stupid penalties that extended drives, followed by bad play.

Riley makes this your team. Fire Mike Stoops after the game

They made the right adjustments, we didn't. I know I don't understand, football, like the Great Mike Stoops, I'm laughing just typing that.

Mike every defensive, player, coach, coordinator, and MYSELF, knows to bring the house against a 3rd string 1st time starter. Rattle his cage, make him uncomfortable. Make him make bad decisions like EVERY 3rd string, clip board carrying QB does.

You have a DB getting burned, hey remember cover 2? Remember stuff at the line and knock them off their route. Or substitute????

Mike never should have been hired back on to this staff. I am so tired of watching him use the same scheme time after time against spread teams. I guess he only has one game plan.

I said from the get go Mike Stoops would keep us from the playoffs. We will need to win out and what the chance of that when he can't get stops on poor teams like Baylor and ISU. Zero.

My take is he won't get fired until after the season. Probably part of the deal for Lincoln to get the job (would hope not but we shall see).

I am still fearful that McNeil is next in line for the DC job. If that is the case, the defense has the potential to go from bad worse or at best a lateral move at DC.

Where's the downside? I'm positive there's not a recruit that would leave because he want to play for Mike Stoops and not OU. The players don't believe in the system. If Riley does, then he needs to go as well. If you can't fire him. Then demote him to, Head grounds keeper. Making for sure the artificial turf gets water! The planters in the real coaches office get watered. Embarrass him, like he has embarrassed OUr University,

Which brings me to another thing. ISU made adjustments and took our WR out of the game. Riley didn't do anything to counter.

The D has looked confused pre-snap, especially with substitutions, all year long. There is no leadership on the D, and that trickles down from the top.

If Mike is here in 2018 I'm off the Lincoln bandwagon. I'm hollering encouragement from the bandwagon if Mike is gone before end of year.

Games like this......I really have to fight the urge not to swing over to part of my DNA. But only for a minute or so. Boomer!

The Iowa State offense put us out with something to prove. Mike Stoops also had something to prove as well. One accomplished the mission, and the other failed. To come off a bye week totally clueless means that the preparations for the Clones were a failure pressbox to field. Mention was that the Sooner identity was going full Taco Tech...seems like a true statement now.

OU didn't play great offensive football today, but there is absolutely no excuse for an Oklahoma defense to allow 38 points to be scored on them by a team like Iowa State. We should have won today......easily. Most head coaches and ADs would be under tremendous pressure to act but somehow I don't think this will be the case at OU at this time. There's something wrong with this.

I agree totally...there are teams that should not give a talented and decently coached team a loss...and we got exposed today by a more hungry team. They played nearly flawless offensive game and the Sooners the opposite defensive game. This kind of shows all pressure is on the Sooners offense here on out this season. We better just go back to the hyper speed offense to salvage things...

The fumble, the ISU defense taking our WR completely out of the game the 2nd half, are very concerning. ISU doesn't have good DB's but they pushed the WR to the outside and didn't let them comeback to the play. CeeDee going down hurt but Brown, Smallwood and Badet, looked good the 1st half

let mcneil cooks striker ANYONE ELSE call the game. they should just feed stoops some recording of an old game on the headphones in the pressbox. every once in a while toss in a big Lebowski STFU MIKE.
