Is there a Plan B at QB in the Transfer Portal?

Between Mateer mulling over staying at WSU, plus the competitive offers he will field nationally if he does hit the portal, do we think the staff has a backup plan at QB in the portal? I know it’s early but are there any names or potential connections, even if it’s just a hunch? I think Hawk has a bright future, but OU can’t enter 2025 with a true sophomore, a redshirt freshman, and a true freshman at QB. Just curious if there might be some early names…even if just speculative…
