Their ranking?
On paper their resume looks nice but if you actually watch the teams play that they've beaten, I'm not overly impressed. Not beating the crimson drum here but I'm just not impressed with the Big 10 as a whole this year. Wisconsin, Penn St, Mich St have all played below expectations and appear to be relatively pedestrian. Northwestern has played tough and above or around what they were predicted to be and tOSU is vulnerable and definitely not what they were supposed to be (see Purdue and Neb).
Michigan loss came to ND who basically boasts a resume comprised of a very piss poor Pac 12 field and over rated Miami team that has shown it's true colors. Both resumes are better than OU's anyway you slice it. Maybe it's really just a down year across the board, save Alabama and Clemson.
I guess we will see come playoff time but label me sceptical of little blue and ND...
