Thad sounds like he is going to be the man that lets Coach Venables focus on winning football games, while he overhauls the program to be Bama, Clemson level in staffing, facilities, etc. I am so excited we got this guy after reading about how much he has accomplished for Saban and Dabo and how much of a bad ass he is.
And once he has built out the kingdom he might just be given the keys with all the talk of Joe C retiring soon-ish.
