I don't see the other conf budging on this and I'd be pretty surprised if OU stood silent and let Bowlsby add two sh!t teams.
In normal circumstances maybe, but there's a lot of money still to be shored up for future expansion.
Bouncing to a new conf would no doubt get donors fired up and with what we did on the field this year and expecting next yr the time is right if we gotta roll
