Pure hypothetical but just curious what people would think of this plan and who they would hire in the new slots. (Yes, I know it should be left up to Golding for who he wants but its an interesting idea)
- Pete would come in as DC and ILB coach- Kish is gone. Also, since Pete runs a 4-2-5, he would be in charge of recruiting the 2 LBs in the center of his own scheme
- Thibodeaux would remain DL coach.
- Fire Cooks
- Promote Viney to Safeties coach. It would help with recruiting, and I think in the 4-2-5 press Golding runs it would be helpful to split safeties and cornerback coaching
- Hire OLB coach and Corners Coach- or keep Diaco for OLBs depending on how it goes this season
